Same here. My dad was a mechanic all his life and when he and I worked on projects together I felt there wasn't anything we couldn't figure out and solve. Now that it's just me I have to rely on the things that he taught me over the years. I am grateful for all that I learned from him.

Sam, those Wheel Horses are the best garden tractor ever built, hands down... Had a 12/8 with a snowblower, blade, cutting deck and roto tiller... Change any attachments in a couple of minutes...

I believe that was a worthy find Sam. I am sure you will find use from it. I know you will rewire it in hopes the engine is in good shape. Ii have salvaged used lawn tractors in the past and made use of them for years. Besides, it's fun fixing them.

I cried for that little boy! I'm Male, 65 years old! I DON'T CRY EASILY! That little boy was far too much for me! Good opportunity for your cannel here Sam. Do that tractor up to within a inch of its New State. Load it up and take it straight back to that little boy. Tell him it's his and no one can take away from him!!!

A few years ago I picked up a donated Wheel Horse 8-25. It is just a little 8hp 25" rear engine riding mower but it helps me mow and collect leaves. All it really needed was a coil to get running. Yours will be a slightly more advanced project!

YOU BOTH do it because *WHY NOT* since it's a creative thing, got in the blood and formed a way of life & why buy new when used will more than do? BESIDES you 'two' can do ANYTHING - so *HAVE AT IT* and enjoy! Thanks for taking us along!

My Wheelhorse is year 1968, 12 horse Kohler and still going. It's got 6 gears and I was told 3 of them are for plowing. The last time I got parts at the Toro dealer a decade ago, they seemed a little frustrated trying to look up the parts and discovered they were all put on micro film. They were able to get them though. Not sure that's the case anymore. I use to use it for pulling a drag mat in the woods full of heavy logs. It's a stout machine.

I remember when we got ours, mom and I were picking out a new garden tractor and we were down to two, a cub cadet and the wheel horse. At the time I did not know the legend of the wheel horse. And for whatever reason we picked the wheel horse. After the mower guy delivered it he said "The cub cadet was junk" lol. That was 1989.

How much would you pay for the "mower?" Ask coz in Oz that would cost me up to AUD$3,000 (USD$1,900) in that condition assuming it's running. Wanted to get one 20 years ago and they were AUD$2,000 then. Decided the 785 square metres of grass would have to get done with a regular old mower. To save a lot of time and effort I got a mulching mower so I didn't have a humongous amount of grass clipping to get rid of. Portable generators are also bloody expensive here too along with everything else.

Hey Sam, I know you don’t care but I would like to give you some advice. Your a very beautiful woman and I think it would be more beneficial to and your show if would show your feminine side more. You can be very beautiful the masses if you showed of your sexuality more. Hairdo clothing all that crap! I like your personality and your show but must admit I enjoy watching women looking good too. I understand you’re in the trades but you might as well show off what you got. All the best to you and your show merry Christmas.
@samanthaweber6932 Жыл бұрын
I do look good, I rock my Carhartts and the dirt. Don’t worry babe, I can do it all and I’m not afraid of it. Other women don’t need to see the feminine side, sexualizing myself so the men don’t feel inferior is below me. That’s my take, Merry Christmas.
@ScottLewis58 Жыл бұрын
@@samanthaweber6932 I’m thinking viewership and $. You do rock, but I’m talking growth and increasing your reach without selling your sole. Your femininity is the appeal, might as well use it. That’s the attraction, woman walks the walk in the trades. Work it! Keep on rocking…. How did you know my nickname is the Babe?
