Not really true. American college and university campuses are like big student communities full of young people living on campus. its almost like a little village full of people in the same phase of life doing similar things. Often American college students are from all different parts of the country and are open to meeting new people. European Universities are often spread between different buildings all across the city. It usually has a very different vibe. Outside of colleges I don't think it is any easier in America. I think picking up girls in a club or a bar would probably very similar. Also American girls tend to like super confident loud extroverted superficial guys more. If you are more of an introvert and not as loud I honestly think your chances are better in Europe

Even though English is spoken in many parts of Europe especially the Netherlands, it still does not remain the native language. If you watch his videos he mostly approaches girls who are mediocre looking college students. Because he is physically dominant, by acting goofy he makes himself attainable to them. This works there because his targets have low self esteem and are generally still teenage maturity and intellect.
