Very nice, by putting the 475cams does it make your Rinehart slip-ons louder?
@TheHarleyRoadshow2 жыл бұрын
The heavy breather will make it louder, the cam just gives it a lumpy sound
@monsride2 жыл бұрын
Did you do a full exhaust ie. headers and slip-ons or just slip-ons?
@TheHarleyRoadshow2 жыл бұрын
@@monsride didn’t do headers because I put a Torque cam in and you need more back pressure, if I put a HP cam in I would have

Was that S&S camplate & oil pump you used or another brand? also how do you find the wind buffeting on your streetglide? I put wind deflectors ( Fangs } on the forks and also the plastic ones on the fairing got an 8 inch freedom shield fixed the buffeting and sit in comfort all day cheers ride safe
@TheHarleyRoadshow2 жыл бұрын
Hi mate it was an S&s cam, screaming eagle pump, just put a 9” shield on, like 5 minutes ago so I’ll see how that goes, otherwise I love it
@mykol18422 жыл бұрын
@@TheHarleyRoadshow Excellent I found the shield wasn,t enough thats why i put the fangs & lower fairing deflectors on i am 6 feet tall wind goes straight over the top of my helmet & no wind coming up from underneath good luck with it mate

Congratulations Mate! Is it just you, or has the Best part of you, your wonderful wife, has she fully recovered, and joining you? I guess i'm expecting too much because I never did break my ankle, and sheesh, just saying it, hurts like crazy. Anybody who has had pain and see's another in that same pain, you hurt all over again don't you? I do. I went flying over the handle bars above 40 MPH when I crossed a RR crossing from Hell. My ankle put a dimple in my 1974 CJ-360 Honda twin's lower gas tank lip as I went over, and the pain didn't stop me as i reached my hands out when the pavement arrived and forward tumbled tucking as much as i needed to because the bike was behind me and coming at me, so I lift up my legs and flip on my back and look back to where the bike is and yes it's coming straight at me so both wheels hit the back of my thighs and veer left to the side of the road and the huge crash bars allow me to jump back on limping as people come out of nowhere asking are you alright? and before any of them could get a glimpse of me, I was back on my Honda, and hauling ass out of there, cause I didn't know if any of them called the cops. I was legal but I was in no mood for no cops. If it weren't for that incident, I never would have been in the Honda Dealership in New York Mills NY April 1974 looking for a new clutch handle and headlight, when I saw Honda's prototype of the 1975 Gold Wing in the showroom and it was up for sale in a silent auction going on right then, and I wrote $3,500 as my bid and I was the highest bid and got the bike once I got the Credit Union off of Griffiss AFB Rome NY gave me the loan a few days later. What a rocket ship she was- she's on inside back cover of Cycle Magazine December 1973, and in May 1974, I had here to 165 MPH, cruising like it was no tomorrow.
