In the Philippines we called this fern PAKO we ate it raw or salad with lemon, onion, a bit of fish sauce, I love the crunchiness of this food.

Tôi đi chợ rất thích mua rau, củ, quả ở những quầy bán hàng như bạn. Mặc dù đối với hàng ở chợ thì tôi không xem được bước thu hoạch sản phẩm như thế nào, nguồn gốc từ đâu như khi xem video về nguồn gốc sản phẩm của bạn nhưng khi nhìn chúng, tôi luôn có cảm giác an tâm hơn là không có hoặc giảm phân thuốc hoá học hơn so với quầy của người bán hàng trung gian bán. Và mua được hàng như vậy thì tôi có cảm giác vui cho chính tôi mua được sản phẩm ngon với giá tốt và vui vì đã mua ủng hộ được người bán.

Sau đó, mỗi lần được đi ra ngoại ô hay đến những địa phương trong quốc gia của bạn còn cây trồng tự nhiên nhiều thì bạn dễ dàng nhận ra và hái được một số thứ. Bạn ở thành phố, những người có đầu óc nhạy bén họ nghĩ là bạn chắc là bận rộn lắm nên mới bán hàng bày sẵn cho bạn chỉ cần đến mua là có thôi mà. Với lại, tôi thắc mắc ở thành phố nơi bạn sống không còn chợ sao, chỉ là siêu thị à, ở Việt Nam ở thành phố lớn cũng có rất nhiều chợ, nơi đó sẽ có rau rừng, rau theo mùa trong thiên nhiên ở từ các tỉnh xa được tiểu thương thu gom vận chuyển ra chợ ở các thành phố lớn bán. Nên người ở thành phố hoàn toàn có thể mua được các loại rau có trong tự nhiên. Chỉ có người chỉ quen đi siêu thị mới thấy có ít loại rau thôi, chứ chịu khó đi xa ngôi nhà của mình một chút, tới chợ tìm thì sẽ thấy.

Here in the Philippines fern's are expensive you can boil (bland) it or eat it raw just put tomatoes onions and a bit of lemon juice and fish sauce or salt you can pair it to fried fish and you will have a delicious meal 😊😊😊

As far as I learned from your video, you never make use of taro leaves in your cooking. In fact, it is very delicious. I once watched you just give them to the pigs. In my country, Indonesia, we even find them in markets. Some people make the leaves for a traditional menu called 'bunti', which the leaves are used to be the wrapping .. inside is grated young coconut mixed with some spices...
