Pickle Sandwiches Are A Big Dill | Bite Size

Elsie's sandwich shop in Haddon Township, New Jersey started making pickle sandwiches out of necessity when owner Katherine Cohen's mother was diagnosed with diabetes and couldn't eat bread anymore. Coming from a family of picklers, Katherine put all the sandwich fixings between two pickles instead of buns and the shop has become a fast favorite for people with food allergies and those who typically wouldn't be able to eat bread.

I saw you on TV Saturday afternoon the 20th. My brother and his wife live in Penn. I live in Washington state and fell in love with this. I have delegates and I am allow picklers to eat. Those sandwiches looked so good. I would love to try one sometime. I hope I get to watch you again that was fun my husband just passed away Halloween. Your show was the most fun I had since that happened. You guys are great.

Pickles are the best with yogurt, horseradish, tamales, onions, brown sugar, milk, ground beef, pork and extra onions. My grandma loves hers with extra root beer, ham, turkey, bologna, chili beans, sushi, milk, sugar, yams, beets, and jalapenos.
