I pickled mine yesterday and had found the recipe you used here through the USDA website. I didn’t have apple cider vinegar so I used regular 5% vinegar. I don’t like celery seed so I used peppercorns in their place. I also added a few slices of jalepenos in my jars. And this year I water bath canned mine and used pickle crisp.
