A quick and easy way to peel your beets. You can use a paper towel, put the beet in the paper towel and rub the skin off or use a kitchen towel that you're not worried about dying beet color

Use a bigger pan or a smaller ring, losing all the heat up the side of the pan.

Cook it whole, takes about an hour. You can just rub the skin off.

You can use any amount of beets, about a pound. Try a quart size jar, just gauge by eye.

Right away. Just made some for a friend and he loves it. Only thing it makes your urine red so don't be surprised. So delicious. Also like it plain with mayonnaise.
