📲 Our Pick Up Limes app is finally here (1-week free trial!): bit.ly/PUL_app 🎉 Just as a heads up, the measurements given in the video are per mug 🥰 If you'd like to make several mugs, try the NEW scaling feature on our site to scale the recipes up or down 🙌 Our mugs hold 240 mL (8 oz) in total, but a larger sized mug will work too ☕️ If you don't have a microwave, these can also be baked in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 - 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean, just make sure you're using an oven-safe baking dish for it 🤓 Which mug cake do you want to try first?

I have a very simple 4 ingredient flourless chocolate mug cake: A medium ripe banana Chopped dark chocolate 2 tablespoons of peanut butter 2 tablespoons of cocoa/cacao powder Optional and recommended: Splash of vanilla A tablespoon of hazelnut spread Maple syrup if your banana is not ripe Mash the banana and add into a mug. Mix in your peanut butter, cocoa/cacao powder and chopped chocolate and mix well. Also mix in the optionals too. Microwave until kitchen smells good. For toppings drizzle peanut butter or Nutella. Eat hot

Thank you very much for these recipes. I made the double chocolate one in a ramekin. It took the full 25 minutes, and I used a toaster oven in bake mode. For anyone interested I used avocado oil since I didn’t feel like melting coconut oil, omitted the sugar and used about 4 drops each of Monkfruit and stevia, omitted the salt, used almond flour and some stevia sweetened chocolate chips. The crumb is really impressive with this little cake! It even had a nice a crunch around the edges. I had some Pillar’s vanilla yogurt and bluebes with it and am fully satiated! Looking forward to trying the additional recipes!

Let me start this by saying that I was immediately going to double this recipe to stuff in my big ramekins because more is always better. Then my wife talked me off the ledge and said one serving would be enough, and she was right! Especially if you top this with ice cream, it’s more than enough. Instead of funfetti I put chocolate chips in, and used maple syrup instead of sugar. Baked it in the oven instead of microwave and it turned out beautifully! Thank you for this RIGHT NOW dessert!
