The chickpea flour pancakes is similar to a very common dish in India called besan cheela. It goes very well with different types of fillings( cheese, grilled veggies) once you make a plain crepe of chickpea flour. There are lots of Indian dishes made of chickpea flour which can also be made vegan. The most common ones are dhokla, besan cheela, khandvi and these are very healthy too. Please try these recipes. One advice! Keep your grounded flax seed's container covered with a material layer that inhibits the light from reaching the seeds while you keep it in the fridge. Otherwise, the Omega 3 contained will fastly oxidate and it will lose all the benefits of the flaxseeds. Make and consume a weekly portion to keep it fresh, always in the fridge.

I have always loved all your videos but these last couple have been my favorites! You’re always so cheerful and full of life, but somehow this video feels even more lively than before. Love your recipes, and can’t wait to try the baked oatmeal this week!

Try searching for a Crepe-pan :) That's how the company I work for calls it (it's a manufacturer of cookware). But I don't know what material the one in the video is. Hope this helps anyway 😊
