As usual... I get too invested in other peoples homes. And this little cottage just captured my heart. I am not ready to leave it. But I know I must.. I must admit , it makes me sad. I do like that you realized that your style is very specific. When selling a home, the simpler the better. Its so others can visualize themselves in the space. I too , would have to do a lot to make make my maximillist home appeal to a wide variety of buyers. My style is also very specific . Some lucky woman is going to walk into that sunroom and say "I'll take it !" And she will live happily ever after in this magical cottage. Or at least that's how I imagine it.. hahah
