🌱2 Tablespoons of Flax Seeds

🌱1 Cup of Rice Flour (170g)
🌱Salt and pepper to taste

🌱2 Zucchini/Zuccinis (300g)
🌱1 Pumpkin (500g)
🌱1 small onion
🌱1/2 Red pepper
🌱1/2 Green pepper
🌱4 Tablespoons sunflower seed butter (optional)
🌱Salt and pepper to taste
🌱To decorate toasted sunflower seeds and fresh cilantro
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius
🔥Cook for approximately 25 minutes
Store in refrigerator for approximately 3 days
