Ingredients:

Lunch 1 for 3 people:
Green onion (the green part)
1 Cup of cooked Chickpeas
4 small tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 small carrot
Salt, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice to taste
Lunch 2 for 3 people:
1 Cup of Uncooked Brown Rice
1/2 Cup of raw lentils
1 zucchini
1/2 red pepper
2 teaspoons of curry or the seasoning of your choice
parsley to taste
Salt, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper to taste
1 tomato
1/2 carrot
Lettuce (some leaves)
1 small cucumber
Lunch 3 for 3 people:
1/4 Cup of Quinoa raw or raw amaranth or raw millet
1 zucchini
1 small green pepper
1/2 Cup of chopped pumpkin
2 tomatoes
1 Cucumber
