A short but beautiful gentle French Romantic piece written in F minor by Maestro Franck, arranged by Maestro Vierne. I think that is an appropriate combination because the style from this piece is a bit Franck and a bit Vierne. The original piece is a Verset from “Cinq Pieces pour Harmonium” from César Franck. I hope you like my interpretation and choice or registration. Let me know!
Ps… for the critics… I played the piece full legato but the pipes from the solo voice that I’ve used (Klarinet) have a slight delay.
For the best listening experience, I recommend using headphones, earbuds, or a hi-fi set. The sound dynamics of the pipe organ are truly remarkable and can be fully appreciated with high-quality audio equipment.
Played with the 1924 Steinmeyer organ, Landau, St. Maria, Germany (Hauptwerk)
