in my opinion, the quality could have been much higher. And also, it was voice acted by multiple people, so it was created by a group of people if you think about it. Anyone who supported the Kickstarter would contribute to the creation of this. But to animate all this for a long amount of time by yourself is insane.

If that's the case I can't wait for the episode where they inevitably work with each other to create a song. Maybe Powder writes the lyrics dedicated to Marcy as a token of their friendship and to show she'll stick by her and won't leave her behind like she has experienced in the past. And Marcy takes care of performing the song. Or actually maybe it'll be the other way around? Either way I can already tell it's gonna be emotional as shit and really cute

Why is powder like, one of the most relatable characters I’ve ever seen? Teens making friends even though they struggle socially or emotionally is beautiful 💛 and not a single ridiculously unrealistic romance in sight too! I was definitely like Powder as a kid. I even did the thing where I would just see someone and wish SO HARD i could be their friend. I managed it twice between kindergarten and college. Honestly glad that it was so many decades ago now I can barely remember most of it. I don’t make friends now because after being an employee, a father of five, and a husband, there is no social battery or even time left in a day to keep connected with someone. I didn’t know what I was getting into clicking on this video, but DANG did it hit a bit too close to home. The feeling of wanting to be friends with someone but thinking they’re too “cool” for you, the awkwardness of having to be around an ex-friend in high school because of classes, even when Powder mentioned about how she seemed to hyperfixate on one person to be friends with and then realizing it was actually bothering that person once they cut ties but just can’t seem to get out of that loop with people just hit TOO hard. Yet, there’s also the joy of realizing that you made a positive impact on someone by genuinely becoming a person’s friend. The awe that they remember and think of you in an amazing way just as you view them. I’m 100% rooting for this indie series, and I can’t wait to see where this goes :D

Man, I love this art style. It's simple, unique, and adorable! And the music, five minutes in and I'm in love! I can relate to Powder so much, hating group projects/school in general and feeling left out, wanting to make new friends but not knowing how, feeling awkward, annoying, or like a bother and letting my anxiety get the better of me, constantly checking the time in anticipation for something, overthinking everything, doing practically exactly what the teacher tells me to do thinking it's a requirement, even if it isn't, hyperfixating on a person and wanting to be their friend, the list goes on. I just discovered this show's existence today, and I'm already in love. I can't wait for more!
