Why does Central City being in America automatically mean the jewelers is in a multi-story building?!? The jeweler my family has used for decades in Miami is in a one-story strip mall....... Also, look at any Jared or Kay stores. Most of them are in one-story strip malls. Also most Zales and Tiffany & Co stores are in one or two-story malls. You might want to expand your view of America beyond just New York City.
