Pier Fishing

Pier fishing today at Dania Bech. I came out to catch some bait and try for a snapper in this one. Thank you guys and gals for tuning in. Please don't forget to subscribe!

Ok knew I saw you yesterday when I was pulling out of the parking lot. The bit was slow. When I got there around 8 they only got 2 Mack’s and someone left with a Bonita. Those sardines stopped hitting the sabiki after a while and everyone just started to leave. I lost a white nlbn with a tangled line on the bottom trying to catch a snook down there and the cuda bit off the tail of my green one. Nice to see you at least got some bait for tomorrow.

Dania pier traffic not as bad as Juno 😂

The farthest north I’ve ever fished is Dania Beach. A lot of people tell me about Juno. I’ve been planning on heading up there. I’ve also never been to the West Coast of Florida.

@@767swo do they have a limit on how many fishing rides you could bring or if you’re allowed to come in with a cart?

@@305FloridaBoyFishing The usual 3 rod limits (although folks don't obey that as usual). Carts are allowed, You'll be advised to keep the cart away from the rails while fishing. Parking is free opposite the pier but get there early so you're not playing musical parking spaces. Weekends are nuts so during the week is a better experience

that spot on the draw bridge are you allowed to park there on the side of the road? I want to try that spot never caught a snook before.

You can park on the side of the road facing east.

So number three and four is really good and for bait just a little bit bigger, I would recommend size 6 and definitely green color

Also, you gotta use bank weights don’t use pyramid weights. I’d like to go from 2 ounce banquet, and under depending on current.
