*starts a slow clap* Bravo! Congratulations! *Starts fast clapping* Damn dude, 7:15 pace is my PR time for 10 miles.... And that was running on flat. Looking forward to a 4-peat.

Wow congrats mate what a way to get back into racing! Hamstring getting any better to allow you to get back to regular running anytime soon?

It started getting better over the last 4-5 weeks where I was able to come up with a routine that would help such as....It seemed to feel better if I did a bike ride before my hard runs and I am foam rolling a lot. Then like a week ago I was playing on one of those inflatable bounce houses and noticed it felt worse again afterward. Only time will tell. Happy to race again. I see you doing all of these races and you're making me jealous mate!

Have you realized your mistakes; you can never doubt kenenisa Bekele.

Come on man, why you gotta call me out like that? :)

Well, we live and we learn. Just know Bekele will further cement his legacy as the goat by beating Kipchohe in Tokyo. Book it!

Perhaps your HRM was reading your cadence? Side note - I've now seen every inch of the ceiling in both your flat and car.

You do a lot of workouts on zwift, why is tat? Don't you prefer doing hill repeats on Gibraltar? Zwift seems a little boring to me.

Ah yeah well for an outdoor cyclist like you it may be hard to adjust to indoors. I don't have a bike computer or power meter so I'm always riding outside blind. I like that on Zwift I have my constant power/HR numbers on screen to focus on. No traffic or reasons to stop during the ride so I can focus on the efforts. I like riding hills outside but I'm not a fan of descending. I actually crashed on Painted Cave just before Highway 154 like a month ago cause my bike wouldn't stop so I had to veer off the road so I didn't go into traffic. I don't like that feeling of riding the brakes. I'm part of a cycling team on Zwift so we communicate on Facebook a lot, coordinate events, participate in team time trials and other races. It's pretty fun and just Zwift races in general I find highly motivating. If you were to just hop on and free ride on Zwift then I can see how that would get boring for some. I also have the pleasure of blasting music at my house while I'm riding. And I hate riding alone or with only like 1 other person outside. So easy to get a group ride of 100 people on Zwift.
