I love it on a cool day in fall and running a decently fast 5 mile on shady hilly terrain. I forget that I’m running and just enjoy life.

this is the best video I've seen describing the feeling! I've been running for the past year and always get my most creative/philosophical ideas during that "runners high". sometimes I'll go on runs when I know I have stuff like that to figure out/plan out hahaha. it's so strange! but I love it. great video!! :) keep it up.

When I do an intense ab workout I tend to get high it feels painful because you're doing a hard workout and the abs hurt but at the same time it is absolutely euphoric and you wanna push more and more even though your muscles hurt u just wanna exert them more and more I feel it around the front of my brain extremely pleasant tickling sensation and it's basically like a drug. To me it is always very short but my ab workouts are 8 minutes at most so that makes sense. It's literally as good as a drug, it's not some weak bs it's legit!

Marijuana helps you achieve this while being sedentary and lazy. Running is truly natural and primal. But to me they are the exact same high.

With the public it’s a catch 22. Running would make everyone happier, less anxious, less stressed, if they got into the habit of doing it, but to get into the habit of doing it they have to do it unwillingly for a while.

Saying some people are lazy is judgmental even if it were true, which it isn't. Some people understand a little too much about the nature of the world and life and this is their problem. They give up before they even try. This is because telling someone to do something or what to do is akin to telling them to forget what they know, and sometimes it will work if they are in pain enough or are suffering to the point where they no longer care, but the fact of the matter is that more often than not, they will not and they will trust their own instincts and judgements which at the end of the day will make someone happier in their misery. Which I have noticed, to be candidly frank about this, that those with a can-do attitude will always require some external sense of progress or distraction to meet their hollow personalities and lacking creativity, which isn't the case with the unbound and structureless. There's pros and cons of each, fortunately and unfortunately.

I only achived runners high 5-6times during 2-3years of running. Mostly its for keepin me ín shape so As a duty it has a weight. When I let IT go and forget to count, checking my clock it happened like a mental state of freedom, meditation. You rly have to forget your limitation and just running 🙃

I find it if you run too much you don't get high as often. But I haven't tried long distance running yet. I can take one week break and 20 minutes of run will get to me exosphere on rocket!! (Remember what is essentially happening is when you are on fight or flight mode... after you stop running you essentially get the euphoria. But if you do it too often then your body is like... "I don't believe you" "I am not in danger now" "How can I be danger everyday..." ... predictable. Basically the gazelle that stops running after outrunning lion feels the high after stopping. This is why when I see it common for people who run it everyday for years only report it very few times as their body/mind got resistant to it just like any othe drug...
@themanwhoknewtoomuch6667 Жыл бұрын
For instance, I once walked 12+ miles to beach and felt NOTHING. But after 2-5 days break.. evne if I run for 20 minutes, I feel explosive. Sometimes less is more....

We are all sinners and deserve hell there is no one without sin save for Jesus Christ who died on the cross for you and it is only by placing your true faith and trust in Christ that you can be saved from eternity in hell. Turn to Christ the end times are here the moon is rusting turning red, days are going by quickly, pandemics are here and famine is coming both spiritual and physical! Turn to the Lord And Savior Jesus Christ!
