Suho is basically the president of the Red Velvet fan club and they are both in SM. Finally this collab happened! Suho started learning the guitar during his military service. Now he is getting to play! Parts of the chorus reminds me of Canned Heat by Jamiroquai. The concept pictures for the album featured a lot of British bands. So happy for rockstar Suho’s comeback!

Suho embodies the sound of rock and it's rarely seen in kpop. He even personally searched a band in ig for his Grey Suit album where he found SB and he brought them on his every performance and even out of the country festivals.

The guitar solo also caught me off guard, for a second I thought I was back in the 80's listening to Honeymoon Suite! As for Wendy, it was just a matter of time we got an EXO x Red Velvet collab of some sort. EXO's "Ko Ko Bop" was originally written for Red Velvet and Red Velvet's "Light Me Up" was originally written for EXO. Hopefully we get a full collab between the two groups someday.

Pierre actually Suho's Hurdle song matches the funky vibe here. And he generally uses the British rock style, which he included here as well. If you take a look at his other songs, you will understand what I mean. But as you said, he still achieved originality. He really has a great command of what he does and the emotion it gives.😊(And the visuals here are no joke.)

his first album actually was a bit more soft and ballady, as you said. even though he still used live band, but melodies from his first album are still ballad-like. maybe because it was called "self-portrait" and he was really expressing his personality and love to the fans through his music. it is still very good and beautiful but with his second album he started to do this rock vibes and I personally love it very much. he's a fan of this genre and I love how he's not afraid to do this kind of music in k-pop. "Hurdle" is just a masterpiece, I'm not sure if you reacted to it it has an MV too. Can't wait for the new album release
