The only way I can see anything having a big impact on prices is heavily regulating industries, I don't see the conservatives offering that. 10% deduction on "the transport of items," is only twice as much savings as the libs are temporally offering, and then businesses have to decide whether to pass that on to consumers - and let's be honest, there are a lot that won't.
