And what about Piers constantly saying that Tommy beat up a Police officer without also telling that that officer was not in uniform, in the influence of alcohol and Tommy punched him because the man was interfering in an argument between Tommy and his girlfriend. The policeman was off duty and did not inform Tommy that he actually was a Policeman.
