"She LIED UNDER OATH!" Sharon Osbourne Reacts To Amber Heard's LOSS v Johnny Depp

The Talk host Sharon Osbourne joins Piers Morgan to react to the unanimous verdict given by the jury that Amber Heard did defame Johnny Depp and must now pay $15 million to him. Sharon says Amber lied under oath in her trial and that "she knows the game". She also believes that Johnny Depp's career is now revived and that all the big film studios will be after him after not only winning the case but winning the court of public opinion. Sharon also believes with all the details that came out during the case such as lying about donating money to charity, that big movie companies will not want to go near her and she cannot see a comeback for her.

Her stylist gave a witness she saw the bruises and put make up on it. Under oath. And other witnesses. Under oath. So either they lied, then they should be proven for perjury, but why the jury ignored these witnesses but not the others I as a European cannot understand. I am not for one party or the other, but I cannot understand that.

I completely agree. As a woman who for 17 years stayed in a physically violent relationship which included a broken cheekbone, a broken nose, a cauliflower ear, broken ribs. The first two years were heavenly, then one time I was kicked in the shin with steel toe cap boots in an argument over me not washing a plate properly, which which led to progressively worse violence. I never once called the police, I was too scared. 4 times they were called by neighbours and once by someone who saw me try to escape my home only to be dragged back in by my hair... the first time in court he got a dv course and a fine, the second time a dv course and a bigger fine, the third, he was put on tag and a curfew, and the fourth he was told in no uncertain terms if he were in this court again, he would be serving jail time, so a suspended sentence. After this, punches to the gut were his favoured abuse, didn't leave any marks, but left me on the floor unable to breathe. I finally left, he then took our children 7 and 10 at the time and moved down south. I had to fight him in court to get them back. His solicitor used the fact that as he hadn't been violent for 2 years he was a changed man! My solicitor explained the only reason he hasn't been violent was because I had left him! I got my kids back but it took 30 months. 30 months away from my kids being drip poisoned and told I didn't love them and didn't want them. Couldn't speak to them on the phone, letters and birthday amd Christmas presents never got to them! I got justice in the end. Amber is not an abused woman and needs throwing in jail for lying in a court about it. I could see it a mile off, she was abuser not the abused. The truth always comes out. Always. It may take a while, years in my experience, but it always comes out.

Many of these borderline types do their best to ruin the lives of the people they live with, leave or divorce. She sought him out and went after him. Yes, alcohol and drugs affect a person, but, from my experiences, it is the negative personality traits that come forward. If, you do not have an abusive nature without being under the influence, that will not and cannot come out under the influence. It has to be there to begin with and in JD’s case, it was never there. He may have abused kitchen cabinets, or a closet but that is a far cry from punching someone in the face.

It’s really frustrating when people are like- It’s just a toxic relationship. It probably was, but the problem with that is that the person in the relationship who was abusive and villainous- their behavior just gets glossed over. She smacked him, punched him in the head, threw things at him, scratched at him and CUT HIS FINGER OFF. She also mocked him relentlessly and mercilessly. And she did all this while he was struggling to get sober. Then she ruined his reputation and his career. She is a horrible, abusive, cruel person. Her behavior should not be excused or ignored by blaming both parties. There is a massive difference between being in a toxic relationship and a physically abusive relationship. Assault is an actual crime.

it annoys me when people say "I'm sure they both abused each other" just coz they don't know the situation and want to appease to everyone. no. there is no evidence AT ALL that Johnny abused anyone. there is only Amber's claim that he did, which is not reliable considering every lie she has said under oath. don't speak hate under Johnny's name, he's been proven completly innocent. the only thing he did was take her wig, which isn't abuse or illegal.

100%. I just wrote a similar reply. What you are saying is true too …. That people don’t know the situation or, more often, can’t READ the situation so are just putting out this general “opinion” that diffuses the situation a bit. Saying they abused each other or the whole relationship was toxic is easier for people to swallow than someone just getting outright abused without doing anything wrong.

What no one seems to mention is that when you are being abused by your partner the constant put downs, the hits, slaps, punches both verbal and physical take a toll on the person being abused. You DO react, you DO retort in kind! You get upset and angry and say cruel things back. Yes, they both abused alcohol and drugs but that doesn't mean, in all the years JD has had these issues, he NEVER harmed any woman he was in a relationship with. Each of them have come out and said exactly that! He never harmed them. He was never abusive towards them. What is clear is that they, his former partners, were never abusive towards him which would cause him to retaliate, even if it was only verbally!

@@andyjames2669 I was a bit worried some may think that is what I meant. Sorry about that. What I mean is, if you are being verbally and/ or physically abused, the person being abused WILL at some point react.more often than not, they will react with angry words and/or physical retaliation. You don't want to engage in it but at some point you snap! Being told you are fat, ugly, old, useless, etc.,....repeatedly....at some point you are going to go back at them. You want the abuser to feel what you are feeling. The pain, the humiliation. I hope I am making sense. I hate to say it, but I am speaking from experience. You do everything to avoid it. You literally run away. To another room or leave the place you are in to get away from the abuser. To stop the hits or vile words. If they corner you, you normally cower, but at some point you will try to go back at them. Maybe it's the abused persons way of trying to scare the abuser so they will stop. They never do.

@@LisaNYC70 yeah, I do agree with you. I think that's why JD kept trying to tell AH he really didn't want to be her anymore but she wasn't excepting that. I think she knew he really meant it when he said I'm going to file for divorce after her birthday after her gift she left in his bed. More than anything I think it was after threatening his staff. It was one thing to abuse and insult him but it's another to then physically scare a cleaner and corner her just cos she was doing her job. AH then went on to threaten JDs property manager and his job as well even though she's got no say in who JD hires or fires. I think cos JD was actually leaving the US for Spain for 2 months and he had already told her she couldn't go and his staff knew too so she wasn't able to tell them to make all the arrangements for her to travel like she would previously even after JD would ask her to please not turn up while he's away working. She couldn't handle him not being with her cos she didn't want people to help him realise how unhealthy and unhappy the relationship was. He must of felt so isolated and so alone and so embarrassed about what she was doing to him. What was so much worse is she actually had him believing what she was saying about him being old, washed up fat and no one would want to be with him

Speaking as a SA survivor. She’s made it worse for if ANY victim comes forward now not better. It’s all her doing that ruined it for others. She will never work again!! She can’t afford her lawyers even, why appeal? There is no coming back…. She stated herself on the stand she just wants Johnny and her to get on with their lives. So again, why the appeal?? She’s a horrible human. Johnny wanted to just deal with this so no more damages were done to them. He was willing to protect her during marriage and afterwards….. she will never be happy.

They do change you just as much, simply oft in entirely different ways. There are correlations between the causes and effects of alcoholism, drug addictions and these forms of domestic abuse (physical, verbal, emotional, psychological, mental), nevertheless they are largely incomparable.
