I love the food the restaurants in Chattanooga serve... would love to see you apply your Curtis Stone urban style gardening in the south east... not currently aloud to raise enclosed chickens on my property legally.

You did a great job sharing your urban-garden knowledge and skills when you were back in San Diego. Now that you're a novice in Tennessee, it's fun to come along with you as you learn new skills. So please, by all means, keep these episodes coming!

very interested in the process of raising and butchering pigs. These guys need a whole playlist to pick their brains, this episode just touched the surface of their knowledge. The quality of the 10-12 percent is very interesting seeing that the premium is only 5%, very cool people you live around
@Heinlein.2 жыл бұрын
I thought what he said about prime being that % and his 10% was interesting as well. Think first step would to be to live closer to this quality of product

Oh my word this was so great! This was a VERY EDUCATIONAL video even though it wasn’t lecture with instructions. Being able to watch how to handle the pigs and hear the lingo and see the set up for their housing and pasture is GREAT!

Definitely enjoyed this video, seeing different farms and learning from others. Would like to see them again with more/different information. I really enjoy seeing the process you’re going through on your farm. The garden videos are still great as well, seeing all the different scales of farming is very motivating. But the pork chops stole the show

If he isn't getting intramuscular fat from his Mangalitsas I suspect he may be doing something wrong (not on pasture or forest, or poor feed) or they aren't pure Mangalitsas. They didn't get the moniker of "The Kobe beef of pork" without cause. I raise Mangalitsas and haven't had that problem, so I'd be curious to his raising techniques.

Loved this vid. I learned a lot. Pigs are awesome. Is it in your plan to ever get any cows ?
@NaturesAlwaysRight2 жыл бұрын
Sweet! No plan for cows I don't have enough land and don't want to mess with a larger animal than pigs. I'd rather just purchase that meat or milk at this point.
