HOW TO MAKE PIG PIE OR ONION BREAD
Ingredients:

1/4cup warm water
2tsp active dry yeast
3tbsp white sugar
2cups all purpose flour
1/2tsp salt
1/2cup warm milk
2tbsp melted butter
Yellow food color (optional)
FILLING:
1/2cup melted butter
1/2cup white sugar
1/2cup brown sugar
3tbsp milk
1 3/4cup All purpose flour
1/4cup chopped spring onion
Egg wash:
1egg
1tbsp milk
