Very good and thanks for posting.As you say the key to finding a decoying opportunity is to spend time driving around looking for the best places to set up. I spend several days per week and drive hundreds of miles looking and even then I do not always find what I am looking for.

Hi Rob and Sam, brilliant video ,I like the over writing. just bought a Refurb GoPro from America . getting used to it a bit now, 20 pound well earned ,ATB Dave.

If you check the latest Goose Shooting video we have done we didn't use the Camcorder and just the GoPro so the quality is miles better. Problem using the Camcorder is that when you save the video it saves to the lower quality settings (so in this case the camcorder) hence in some videos our GoPro footage is compromised.

On the triple he dropped it over the hedge with the 3rd and on the double it curled back and dropped out of the tree to the right......I just cut it out to make it look like he missed!!

not bad but you need to improve your camera work could hardly see the pigeons .

A few reasons for that. First it was low light, we had stopped shooting within an hour of sunrise. Second shooting into the light at low light with the camera moving from low light (the field) to good light (sky) gives rise to exposure problems and you cannot combat that with a GoPro. Third as it was just a short session we had to use every "kill" we had on camera whereas we would normally edit a load out and keep the best. Four, we had no cameraman with us so everything there is filmed by the person shooting and it's not that easy to shoot and film. Five and probably most significant - we recorded some film at the end from a handheld camera which has a resolution which that is significantly lower than the GoPro and that means that when you convert the files to KZbin it transfers all of them in the resolution of the lowest quality file and therefore the film quality of all clips was reduced. If you check videos filmed in good light you will see that where possible we address most of these issues BUT we don't profess to be professionals and we do not have the quality of equipment to produce a high end video although that is something we will address in time when funds permit it. We just need the cash to upgrade the handheld camera and that will be a big step forward. It is frustrating for us as we can see the shortcomings and we do aspire to produce videos of the best quality but it will take us a bit of time however do be assured we know whee we need to be and we will get there.
