To ensure accuracy in the experiment, I suggest starting with a baseline week of testing without the vest. Following that, you can incorporate the vest for a week and conduct the tests again. In the third week, we can repeat the tests without the vest and compare the results from week one and three. This method will allow us to better understand the impact of wearing a 20-pound vest for a week. I hope this suggestion is helpful to you.

@@calopsita4465 Yep. I might start off with doing some 'rucking' on good terrain close to home that won't be brutal on your joints. Toss 40lb or so in a pack and do a short hike on relatively even terrain, then up the distance repeatedly. As someone who has joint problems from long-term carrying of a lot of extra weights over all sorts of environments, at 51 I'd want to be careful. Obviously they're not a beginner as they're doing snow-shoe hikes period, but I'd be careful about integrating 'just add weight' to day to day life with all of its variable requirements on the joints. 'Training hikes' over less uneven terrain with a heavier pack would probably be safer for the knees and ankles, get the body used to hauling a 40-50lb pack and a 30lb pack will feel substantially lighter even over a longer trail.

A bit hard to measure of cause because Keto also means that you loose muscle when fasting but regaining when eating & its a lot of protein too. I really just wanted to leave this comment to show that. I really appreciate your videos like I found you not too long ago on my home screen and I honestly don’t really know what it is about You that drives me to want to do better but like you’re so down to earth and just so real, watching you make these videos genuinely makes me happy and pushes me to want to strive for better future … even live a nice healthy life similar to you. I don’t know really what it is about your influence whether it’s your personality whether it’s your lifestyle the way you live morals, your goals whatever it is I’m glad that I found your channel and I just want you to know that things that the mentality you carry while showing in the videos that you’re making are so inspiring And over all I’m so thankful that I found your channel constantly push me to do better and in many other ways like the majority of people can’t motivate me as much so I had to come and leave a comment showcasing that I have love and appreciation for your channel. I don’t genuinely comments too much at all, but I must leave a comment. Keep doing what you’re doing. I hope you continue to have a nice peaceful, blessed life and genuinely keep up the hard work king ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

Honestly I feel great! I was weighing 235 lbs just 4 months ago, I currently weight 185 to 190!!!!!! I've had some health issues that hindered me eating every day, so I lost a lot of weight! But I also had to do a total diet change and I started doing small workouts almost every day of the week! I'm trying to actually put some weight back on, but hopefully it will be muscle!!! Love your videos Brother, your amazing! I really love your Move Tutorials you used to do!!!! Peace everyone and Stay Healthy!!!!!

@@klankius Thanks for the comment! Its been a major struggle, honestly its hard to stop losing weight at times! I had to cut out a lot of different foods, and thats been the difference maker for sure! No beef, no processed foods, and so on! I use honey for my sugar, eat tons of fresh greens (Lettuce, Spinach, and Kale) and fruits/vegetables! I still drink my coffee and sweet tea, but NO Soda's anymore!! I try to do some type of small workout every day, and atleast 2 semi-intense workouts a week. It hasn't been easy, but being sick almost kills me, so I would rather have the control of what I eat and do, then to not have control over being ill day in and day out!! Thanks again for your kind words and motivation! Stay Positive and Love Your Life!!!

I’ve always thought this kind of thing could be a neat way to train for wearing medieval armor, for reenactment and stuff. Much easier to set up then getting a squire to help you suit up, and if you do it right, you could probably get good enough that you could move in full armor as though it were merely a second skin.
@192lalo2 жыл бұрын
A full plate armor the most advance before gun made them obsolete. Weigh around 30lbs. Plus sword and shield knight carry a fraction of the weight a modern soldier carries today around 150lbs of equipment. So yeah knights in full armor would move like they are wearing regular clothing

In military you get used to wearing a bulletproof vest all the time and then you end up doing everything you do wearing it. I can say that is builds up a lot of core strength and overall endurance since in the beginning even most basic things are very rough, so in my opinion a weight vest is very good way so get in a better shape even if you don't really like training.
