no way I just found this video now, I actually did my 1st & last back handspring while doing continuous kip ups back in 2010 & kip ups used to be my favorite move at that time. Now I think I'm gonna learn doing kip ups again. Great videos man, I love how you show a different variations on how to learn back handspring & any other flips.

This method is better because first of all, learning the suicide kip up is much easier and less scary and, second of all, you won't have a habit of turning when doing back handsprings.

This is the one technique that worked for me back then too. It works because when you see it and think about how it will help you learn the move (back handspring), everything inside you just click. If you feel that click, go do it. A tip for tucking your head when practicing this move is to LOOK AT YOUR BELLY BUTTON. That'd automatically make you tuck your head, and you can just focus on catching yourself without worrying. Hope this helps.

Nicholai Gjøstøl, the thing that really helped me get over it was a spotter, I had some pads underneath me, and she spotted me, and the fear seemed to melt away a lot quicker
