It was washed once. The nurse notices their is afterbirth, still stuck near the forehead. She says, "Let me try to get it" and puts a little extra shampoo on that section.🙄Why make such a ridiculous comment? The baby is enjoying it anyway. And its "their" not "there". How do you like the nitpicking Karen?😂

It isn't gauze. It is very soft cleaning pad just for babies. The nurse is doing a great job.
