okay I'm confused at 5:37, is the bottom line if you do a double jump with a buffered/frame perfect aerial? and is the top line if you use an aerial any frame after your double jump starts? or just 1 frame after?

i believe what he's describing is that when you jump while running you get max air speed quicker than if you jump, then drift. shinymark's timing was a little off and missed the opportunity to run before jumping so fair didn't reach. dkbill has a short that shows this called "YOU'RE SHORT HOPPING INCORRECTLY!"

Push the stick slightly in the direction you want to pivot in when you are up tilting.

I disagree. I like the tension of camping. Pika camping is also quite a bit less safe than Sonic camping because Pika's not as fast, and Pika recoveries are not guaranteed. Every single quick attack is a chance to SD, so it's super stressful to watch
