Napsack is weird, but I kind of made a useful purpose for it. You can use it to send a captain back to base with 4 pikmin, and that is basically the only type of "go here" that exists. You can use it to get more pikmin, get back to base even faster, etc.

"I'm not going to rewind or anything," You poor soul I lost like a hundred to Pikmin in this game, and rewind was added in Pikmin 4 so your going to have a good time in this :) Edit: You can rewind caves though by exiting the game then disconnecting your account to the game and then open the game and you'll have all your pikmin back but it only works in caves.
