Pikmin 3 glitch EARLY BLUE IS NOT POSSIBLE

Why do you think the developers added a second invisible barrier around the blue onion? They were pretty thorough in keeping the player from having access to that part of the map without out of bounds glitches, so it seems to me like unnecessary extra work to prevent a sequence break that was already pretty well protected against.

The invisible wall surrounding the Blue Pikmin Onion is probably in the same file as the wall that blows up. They both get deleted when Louie lands the ship, Louie runs out of frame and gets deleted too, and then they play and explosion to make it seem like he ran to the wall, exploded it, and found his way to the boss

There is a way to get this glitch AND skip the bridge pieces. I remember a separate glitch where you can beat the mireclops early. But the issue THERE is that the invisible wall (thats actually the cement block louie blasts) doesnt dissapear, so you cant bring louie back. But he DOES stay in that position, so it might be usefull if skipping all the enemies would speed up the time.

Dodge whistle

"Roll Thing" is called the dodge whistle. Similar to the Power Suit Z, it helps you in-game. You can command your pikmin to roll to one side or the other by using the D-Pad, and This helps to dodge enemy attacks, and also to avoid the snooping snitchbug. It's also a quick way to get around when the day is ending.

In order to get Blue Pikmin, you probably have to trigger something. Like early pink pikmin or defeating the fourth boss. That’s my guess. Something we trigger while we play allows the cinder blocks to vanish and allow us to get Blue pikmin.

You need to first have Louie discover blues. Than trigger the cutscene of the leader discovering the onion

Nintendo went out of there way to patch this glitch for Pikmin 3 on the WII U…. Wild It no longer teleports you to the blue onion area when you fall there it only brings you to the fiery BLOWHOG area

Waddle Derp Considering that winged pikmin are required to activate the onion, it wouldn't save any time in a speedrun, as the both any% and 100% speedruns unlock blue pikmin normally the day after they unlock winged pikmin anyways, making leaving Twilight River and clipping to Blue Pikmin would actually waste a day, but if you opened up all of the underwater dirt walls and took Louie back through the wallywog area, you could get him back to base, which unlocks the final area, but there are more invisible walls besides just the one preventing you from getting blue pikmin in the way of that and even if there weren't any walls it would take the same number of days as the current speedruns do and just be harder to pull off. It would be interesting to see what would happen if you got Mireclops Louie before Scornet Louie, you could probably force yourself into an unwinnable situation by getting all of the fruit in the game minus the Scornet Maestro boss fruit, then the game would theoretically take away all of your food, then force you to land in Garden of Hope with no fruit to collect and no Louie to retrieve to get any of it back. Speaking of which, the game might freak out if you get Mireclops Louie back before it takes away your food and something strange might happen when it tries to return it to you. These are things that are not possible, however, as long as the invisible walls are in place.

i figured put how to get real early blues. first get 20 winged pikmin. then. go to the cave where you fight the crushblat. this cave is in the river in tropical wilds. the winged pikmin will fly above the water and follow you in the cave. then throw the winged pikmin at some of the blue candypop buds in the cave. BLUE PIKMIN HAPPENS!

Dodge Whistle, its in Frozen Tundra, It's in an obvious place. When you exit from the second boss push the paper bag, go down it and look left there's a trampoline mushroom thing, throw Pikmin at that, cut scene. You seriously can't miss it!
