I know the Peckish Aristocrab reference is the best one, but can we acknowledge how cool it is that MAD got the actual characters designs? Like i know the refere to Olimar as just "the tiny astronaut" but come on. Olimar, the pikmin, the bulborbs, the onions, the S.S. Dolphin; it's all like in the games. Normally for copyright motives, they normally change a character's colors and names; like if they make a Mario parody, Mario would have like Blue clothes, a different style of moustache, Yellow overalls, and his name would be something like Darius (we can even see that in Steven Universe, with the yellow-red pikmin and bootleg black Olimar or Charlie); but in this case it's all spot on and that is really cool. ;) P.D: There are a lot of Pikmin references in games and movies, but that could be for a separate video.

It is spelled as "Pikemen 2" because is a parody, same way how instead of Luigi's Mansion we have down below "Lue's Estate" The MAD parody is particularly interesting because is of the very few parodies in which all characters shown are pretty on model, the Pikmin look exactly like you'll expect, same with the Bulborbs and Olimar.

It's not a TV show but there is a cute reference in Smushi Come Home! It has a box with "PokPok candy" and has drawings of carrots and even the top of the ship from Pikmin 2 (the part that follows you into the caves). The game does have a lot of imagery that reminds me of Pikmin, so I'm not surprised the creators are fans, but it was a cute little surprise for fans of both

Not sure if this would count as a true reference, but i think there may have been one on the CN show Clarence. In the episode "Tuckered Boys", sumo, jeff, and clarence stay up really late to watch a meteor shower and begin hallucinating from the drowsiness. They're walking in the woods, and Sumo imagines all the little leaves, twigs, and berries on the floor as alive with eyes and legs, (they even make pikmin-esque noises). 0:59 (By reading past this line you choose to listen to this excessively long comment about Pikmin 2) I think "God Game" is a bit of a stretch considering Pikmin 2 is the only Pikmin game(so far) that conflicts with what I consider one of Pikmin's Core Gameplay Pillars, that being time limits. Not only do you not have any set amount of days to finish the game(which means its a little too casual) but the 10 minute limit for each in-game day conflicts with the timeless cave levels. It almost feels more like a real time RPG than a Pikmin game sometimes, like the cave segments focus more on fighting enemies to get to the treasures, than managing your Pikmin to efficiently clear a room(not including the challenge levels outside the main game). And there's not even much replayability in those caves either, once you get all the treasures in one cave, there's no reason to ever go back unless you need more purple/white Pikmin. Especially after the first milestone of the game where its only about treasures after that. That said, though not exactly understanding what you mean by a "God Game" it is definitely not Pikmin 2. (also hopefully Pikmin 4 uses the caves better than Pikmin 2)
