No matter how awful, people will buy it for the number on the spine: a significant percentage of Evercade owners want to have every single game in order, arranged on a shelf, and the manufacturer knows it.

Outside of the boss stages, Diver Boy really looks like it was heavily inspired by "Bomb Jack". If you flipped the screen upside-down, then you basically have the mechanics of jumping up - floating back down - and trying to collect the bombs in a specific order for maximum points. Meanwhile, Steel Force reminds me a lot of the 80's computer title "Into the Eagle's Nest" (but maybe that's just me).

Was just thinking of a recent Evercade video you just did I think I have seen Fancy World: Earth of Crisis on a bootleg plug and play I have been watching for last few weeks

Good video and review of this Piko Arcade 1. Some interesting games, in this collection!
