At first I thought: Seems easy, lets so this. Then: Oookay that burns. After the workout, walking around I just thought: Tomorrow will hurt. Seriously I loved it! Please so more pilates workouts :) you guys help me so mich, i m in university and had to quit the gym because it was too expensive. Now I really enjoy working out at home with you. You Are so symphatic to me :) keep going!

After having 3 kids and 3 cesareans. I honestly gave up on my poor abs. Wow! This really wakes them up. I do this everyday and I feel my abs again. Boy, have I missed them. My body shakes,but at the end of every workout I feel so proud of my body and my mind. Workout Complete! 😊

This is the first FB sequence I've followed where both Daniel and Kelli are instructors. I liked watching both of them, with Kelli demonstrating the modifications. Great dynamics! The sequence didn't burn my lungs out, but it did make me work. The bent leg raises on hands and knees were hardest for me - probably because they came near the end!

This is by far my favorite floor routine! Yes it burns, and hurts in a good way, and it challenges you to modify your form to make you work harder. For someone who has issues with staying engaged with workouts, this is perfect. You guys are just adorable and inspire me to want to workout. This is my first workout with both Daniel and Kelli at the same time and it was honestly one of the better Pilates workouts I've found. I think the natural chemistry/dialogue they have makes it feel like you're actually in a class and having fun and not just awkwardly in your living room. More please!

I was suffering from an ankle sprain a week ago and was feeling pretty low by not working out for a week. Was never much into pilates but my injury made me give these pilates styled workouts a try and boy i really felt the burn!. I'm now doing upperbody workouts coupled with these workouts until my ankle heals completely. Thanks alot fitness blender!

I was surprised to feel that my legs and butt were sore after the workout, it burns in a good way! Thanks for a great pilates routine. The first group was hardest for me because I have scoliosis, so my back is my weak spot.

I used to do your HIIT and cardio and other videos but fell in love with this pilates one. I love working out while laying down, also love how slowly you go into it with the toe taps to get you warmed up. And best part is, this workout is whipping my booty into shape like nothing other. I'm getting those sexy indents on my things, and a beauty butt line because of this workout. I've done it almost everyday for a month. So major thanks! Please come out with more like this.

Yes, but I do engage the core a lot when doing the exercises. I will also sometimes do one of their ab specific 10 minute videos before this one.

+FitnessBlender I think it's great. I have to admit that my family was skeptical at first, but the results speak for themselves. They have stopped asking why I am doing it and are now asking for information on how they can get started. Perfect timing for your new 5 day challenge, my sister and 3 or 4 friends started it a few days ago! I loved this one! I wish there were more of these pilates butt&thigh thing! Right now I can't really do HIIT and brutal strenght training so these kind of stuff for great butt&legs are really good!

I love how you suffer too, even though you are the coaches. It makes me laugh and it is one of the reason I keep doing your videos because you don't try to be like "super easy blablabla" but you suffer and do it anyway and that encourage me in a way ^^

I seriously looove fitnessblender. Thank you guys, I was watching Kelly's video on her eating and exercising.. and it's true while exercising like crazy with lots of cardio, my changes were slow, and even injured my knees so now I can't do intense cardio... But with pilates, and other mixes of exercises I have been seeing changes and feeling stable...
