I've been enjoying your pilates classes for about a month now. I love these classes with one of two pieces of equipment but have also enjoyed the no equipment classes. I've been trying to strengthen my core as o have a slipped disk in my lower back, and finding classes challenging yet effective. I have a piece of equipment which I've never used as I'm not sure what to do with it called an empower bar which is a bar with elastic bands and handles. Please could you do a class with something like this? I'd love to use it

Thank you John! I'm glad you are enjoying my classes. Be super careful with your slipped disk but it is so great that you can still challenge yourself with core work. I appreciate your support. I have never heard of an empower bar. So I googled it. I most likely won't film a class with one since I don't have one and don't use one I prefer to use equipment that most people have access to. But I searched KZbin and did find some videos with it. I'm sure you could search and find a few instructional videos. It is very similar to moves I do with the long resistance band. 😊

yayyyy. I am thinking to add more of your prop Pilates into my routine (hopefully 1 times a week). I do 3-4 times of your regular mat Pilates classes now. I find with props it is more challenging than your regular mat workouts. Is it true? Again thank you for keeping to post new Pilates workouts.

Props don't always make it harder. Just different! It adds variety and also some fun! 😊 If you are doing my others classes a few times a week you have a strong core foundation, add some of the equipment! I think you will really like it! ❤

@@fitnesswithjennallen1645 I like how I feel my core, it is true. I am trying to do 30 Pilates in a row (meaning 3-4 times a week and it should be only your workouts ;-)cause only after your classes I feel that work is done) and today it was 12th class :-). I will definitely add prop ones too. Will keep you informed ;-) Adore you
