Pilates Fitness Circle Full Workout

This 45min full body Pilates workout, focuses on matwork adding the versatile 'Fitness Circle'. This piece of equipment is a real test of stability and designed to introduce new and interesting challenges to the Pilates mat class. Various modifications are offered throughout and is suitable for an intermediate Pilates level. If you're new to Pilates I suggest following along with my beginner's videos to understand body placement, technique and general terms used before attempting this class.
This home workout will give your entire body a great conditioning challenge including legs, arms, chest, back, shoulders and many smaller stabilising muscles. Get ready to tighten and tone. Enjoy!

Lucy, I have a few Pilates subscriptions and this is at the top, the tippy top! Everything about this session was top notch... the instruction, the reminders, the workout and what i now find important, the videographer that is able to show the full exercise. The close ups and the different angles are super helpful. BRAVO!!!!!!! Can’t wait to try the next one!!! Thank you!!!
