I have followed these workouts during my 1st, 2nd, and now my 3rd pregnancy! It really helps bring focus and strength to the muscles like the pelvic floor and transverse abdominus that need extra attention during pregnancy - not only to reduce pregnancy aches and pains, but also to aid in postpartum recovery! I'm disappointed that the full length videos for months 2 and 3 are no longer available on KZbin - PLEASE bring them back, Megan!

Hi Megan, I love your videos! Its my first pregnancy and I'm determined to remain as fit and healthy as possible for both me and my baby. I was gutted that tgis video cut short though, I was just getting into it 😐

Hello, thanks so much for the videos. Really enjoying them. Asking a stupid Q... I was taking the month 2 video to mean from week 8 to 12, is that right? I was going to start the month 3 upon hitting 12 weeks but I see its labelled as 1st trimester still. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Hi, thank you for the videos. How many times a week do you recommend these? Should I do them on the days I do other exercise like swimming or spin?

Kasia Zdun No problem! It's recommended to exercise every day for 30-40 minutes... so I would recommend pilates at least three times, and mixing it up with walking, swimming or yoga on the other days. Best wishes x

Hey, for strength it's 3-5 x a week. We should aim to do "something" on most days throughout our pregnancy so 1-2 swim, 1 spin and 3-4 x pilates would be great!

I keep trying to do this one, and it says 40 minutes but only plays for 10 minutes and goes to another video? I did the month 1 without any trouble so not sure what is wrong?
