I love all these. Just not fond of (and do not promote) having thumb wrapped under weight or bar (it will start to work into wrist vs strengthening the forearm, which fires up the tricep)

Elephant doesn’t go to full plank like this, and the feet are between the shoulder blocks instead of on the blocks for elephant, I believe. I think elephant is a prep for long stretch and up stretch.
