We are going to spend just 10 short minutes firing up our core. We will be using either sliders or socks, and you will need a smooth surface to slide your feet on.
I’ll be honest with you. This is harder than it looks. Not only was my core on fire, but so too were my shoulders and quads! Considering I was only filming for ten minutes, I felt the benefit long after the workout was finished.
Please listen to my cues. Rest if you need to. Do extra if you feel energised and motivated to do so. Importantly, enjoy 😉 this ten minutes, focusing on ‘you’.
When the ten minutes are up … if you feel you could do more … repeat, repeat, repeat!! What are you waiting for?
