I used a Pilates band but it was not long enough need to get the bar but I was able to do it with resistance band with handles 🔥💪

Not at all … it is so challenging… please be kind to yourself and 💯 don’t beat yourself up . Start in a seated position , find your ‘c-curve’ flexing your spine & drawing your navel in towards your spine. Then slowly roll back to where you can maintain your c-curve and pause at the point at which you feel if you went any further backwards you wouldn’t be able to roll up. Hold at the ‘buying point’ breathe in and then ‘breathe out’ and roll up . You do not need to roll all the way up off the mat or all the way down to the mat for this movement to be effective and challenging x Enjoy 😍 xx
