This Pilates reformer workout will give you a full class experience and full body workout with extra emphasis on the core and booty! Some exercises require the box and foot strap, however there is a list of modifications below if you don't have these items so you can still get the most out of the workout. Hope you enjoy!

Snapshot these mods and keep it near by for reference!
Round Back (Box): *this is the first exercise using the box- modification- I suggest doing similar movements seated on your reformer or on a mat with knees bent and feet on the floor
Mermaid (Box): modification- regular Mermaid (1 red spring)
Bow & Arrow (Box): modification- Star or Star Prep (1 red spring)
Front Rowing (Box): modification- regular Front Rowing kneeling or seated (1 Blue or Blue and White)
Foot Pulling Strap (Box): modification- Side lying foot pulling strap (1 red)
Strap on Knee (Box): modification- Stay Side lying with foot in strap (1 red)
Side arm & Side Twist (Box): modification- regular Side arm and Side Twist (1 Blue or Blue and White)

I recently bought the BB Alegro reformer for my home workouts. At 62, I feel great when I can accomplish most or all of the moves in your video. I had a bit of a problem with the push backs on the box because I have the sitting box light. It has a nubby surface that is hard ro move on. I hadn't thought of that when I made the purchase. I'm going to buy a piece of vinyl to place on top. Oh, wait- I have a large vinyl photo backdrop in my basement from my photography career. Ready made for me to make a surface I can maneuver on. THANK YOU for your reformer videos. I need to up my skill and strength!

Here to second the CREATIVITY of your workouts. I was feeling tired and planning to maybe do 30 minutes of this, but the workout was so good and interesting I finished it! 🎉

Fantastic! I love your 45-1 hour sessions and look forward to doing them. During your feet in straps exercises, I added a small ball between my ankles to get some inner thigh work 😊

Hi Dez. Absolutely love your workouts - clear instructions and just the right number of repetitions, plus I love that you give written modifications - that is a real bonus - thank you!!!. @@dez_fit thank you for your reply. I am more than happy with the videos you do😊😊😊 though some are quite hard...a good challenge for me to get to your level. Please keep making them, I love that you incorporate different intermediate moves...a lot of videos have a stock standard set of movements. I love that you add to these and would love even more like picking flowers, snake etc. Thank you to for being such a fun happy and smiling instructor😊😊😊😊...it makes the tough workouts so much better

Love these work outs! Wonder if you could do some "bite size" like 15 minutes on the jump board, etc. I'd love to cobble together a work out from some shorter ones.

I am 5’5” tall. Can you please provide guidance on the rules for placement of the metal bar that holds springs and stopper? Thank you

Hi yes for your height I would have the bar in the middle (aka 2nd setting) and the stopper in the second space up. Hope that helps.
