This Pilates reformer workout will give you a full class experience and full body workout with extra emphasis on the core and booty! Some exercises require the box and foot strap, however there is a list of modifications below if you don't have these items so you can still get the most out of the workout. Hope you enjoy!

Round Back (Box): *this is the first exercise using the box- modification- I suggest doing similar movements seated on your reformer or on a mat with knees bent and feet on the floor
Mermaid (Box): modification- regular Mermaid (1 red spring)
Bow & Arrow (Box): modification- Star or Star Prep (1 red spring)
Front Rowing (Box): modification- regular Front Rowing kneeling or seated (1 Blue or Blue and White)
Foot Pulling Strap (Box): modification- Side lying foot pulling strap (1 red)
Strap on Knee (Box): modification- Stay Side lying with foot in strap (1 red)
Side arm & Side Twist (Box): modification- regular Side arm and Side Twist (1 Blue or Blue and White)
