This is a GREAT workout. Please do more Intermediate ALL Jumpboard workouts straight thru for 30 minutes. Jumpboard videos are so hard to find. I subbed and am looking foward to more of these videos.

Just used this as a warmup for rowing and strength training. It’s amazing how 10 minutes of jump board makes you feel. 😃

Hi Melanie - great jump class. I recently purchased BB Metro IQ reformer. Considering purchasing the footboard. But my biggest concern is stability of the board itself for a guy like me who is just over 200lbs. From the appearance in the class video - seems there is a fair amount of 'wiggle' as she pushes the board. I'd hate to mess up the footbar behind the jumpboard. Curious about your thoughts on that?

Thank you, Todd! Great question - I think the “wiggle” mainly comes from the slightest bit of space that exists between the padded footbar and the board. I don’t imagine that there would be notable risk of damage to the footbar for you, based on how the footbar locking mechanism works (it is very sturdy), but it might be best to reach out to Balanced Body to see what their product specs say. Hope that this is helpful!
