WOW - Super for building strength and working on technique. Those single-leg bridge variations were powerful - and the "divot=dip+pivot" felt terrific as stretches for my low back as well as oblique work. Love the express/extended pairing.

You absolutely do not need to be postpartum to benefit! Most could use a little extra focus on the deep core - great for stabilizing the trunk and holding everything together!

PS. I saw no falling apart at the end!! Those bicep curls were brutal for us all- switched to red/blue halfway through just for that section!
