Love this active recovery session - another for my saved sessions to return to. On a tech note, I also like having the springs listed at the bottom of the video. A downside (this is KZbin, NOT you) the chapters give more places/times for ads to pop up.

I am finishing up with teacher training on reformer and was just hired to teach a Gentle reformer class. Thanks for the video. It is a great start for me in terms of possible choreography.

One of my favorite reformer recovery workouts! I’d love to see more of these for those lazy days where I still want a burn but not the suffering 😅

In PMS mode so really not motivated to get on the reformer... but did today and this was just the ticket... love the 25-30min workouts...

This was just what I wanted! I searched for 'Gentle Pilates Reformer'. I'm glad I found you and I plan to check out your other reformer videos as well. This was really great, like being with a personal instructor. I like that you facilitate while a student does it, that's really nice.

Hi Melanie~this was perfect for today, as I had to “make” myself workout…just one of those days; usually I’m more into it! This was gentle, yet effective & just enough. As for what I’d like to see…how about a box & pole routine? I’ve had those accessories for years, but rarely use them as I do the same few exercises only. I need some inspiration there. Maybe you already have that…I didn’t search first. Tks.
