This exercise will be helpful people with minimal symptoms, but when you treat people with old age patients very difficult to do all of your exercises , please share your ideas

I REALLY ENJOY YOUR VIDEOS BUT I NEED ASSISTANCE. MY BACK MUSCLES ARE EXTREMELY WEAK. MY ENTIRE LEFT SIDE IS WEAKER THAN MY RIGHT.

Hope you are well. What I've learned with my MS of 15 years, is that you should just try. Even if it takes one month of just trying for one move, you will eventually get closer to the exercise position you are aiming for. BACK: Try Russian Twists. It's impossible for me still, but at least now I can sit on the floor with my knees to my chest, I couldn't before because my back was so weak. SIT UPS/CRUNCHES: Strengthens the back. I can NOT do a sit up without holding a 3 kilo or sometimes even 6 kilos (3 in each hand), means throw myself ahead with the weight. Maybe if someone holds you feet it would also work. Hope your mobility is improving everyday!
