Hey Hannah! I've been meaning to ask, do you have any advice for people whose hips pop a lot when doing movements that involve opening hips and moving them with your legs? Great workout as usual!!

Hi Siena, if it feels pain then you should check with your doctor. Most of the time, it’s harmless, but can be a bit annoying. If you don’t feel pain, and it bothers you, then just reduce the range of motions. Don’t open your legs so wide or bring it too far, instead try to engage your core, booty and thighs more. Hope it helps! 💚
