Thank you Hannah! I am overcoming a shoulder injury, so I am greatly modifying these workouts. Could I request a workout shoulder injury friendly workout. I am currently unable to do all four or anything where I am using left arm in order to recover. Thank you!

Hi Julie! I'm so sorry you're going through shoulder problems. I must say Pilates is tough to do without having someone guide you, so would perhaps suggest to a studio until you feel better. I teach people with injuries, and over the internet / with video, it can be hard. Will try to make a special series at some point, though am not sure when. If the injury is short term, would perhaps suggest doing standing workouts and skipping the motions that use too much shoulder rotation, until you feel better, then rejoining the challenge, have a playlist here: kzbin.info/aero/PLKzpgYNAcbwIYeSOQlKU2vhegGgn7rRDC

Had my first Christmas in the US, the food in the West for Christmas is sooo good, it's hard to resist! For sure, some good cardio can help burn those calories, though proper diet, sleep, hydration and similar are also useful 💛
