I completed the 8th day!! I was a bit sore but still felt i have to do the workout and i don't regret. It felt so good .

quick question- does my body go out of shape if I don't do these workouts continuously? Sometimes I take a day or two off when my body aches too much. So I kinda do these workouts on and off. Is it okay?

I'm glad to hear you listen to your body and take a rest when it needed. It is recommended to workout at least 3-4 times a week to maintaining strength and mobility and to feel good. I hope it helps x

Not sure why this is titled "Full Body Workout" when it seems to be all abs and quite a long cool down for a 35 minute class. Was expecting some arm and leg exercises. Having not done any Pilates for 2 weeks, I found the ab work challenging!
