I liked how gentle this one was! A great mix of stretching and strengthening. Some of my favorites here: The variations on hamstring and child’s pose stretches at the end, and the parallel hand raises while prone-all amazing for alignment. Thanks Hannah!

I don't consider myself a beginner , yet i found myself several times struggling to keep up with this workout....In conclusion afterwards i felt so rejuvinated and self confident i can't begin to describe it.... You Must try this workout , thank you dear Hannah!!!!!
