What is so cool about this, they are driving the single GA out of aviation. We were just charged $46 in KCHO to land and park a Maule for 4hrs. They provided no services, they have a monopoly, we have no options. GA has to address this soon or no one is going to afford to fly !

Did you buy fuel? Landing and parking fees are airport fees. Signature has nothing to do with that. Facility fees are waived with fuel purchase. Minimum fuel for a single 100LL is 7-10 gallons.

$46 is less than downtown parking in most U.S. cities. Flying is not supposed to be cheap.

I believe that prop significantly reduces the fees. Signature provides pricing info based on class of equipment, where this is a single engine turboprop, even though it is much bigger than all the very light jets.

Excellent guess! Signature LUK quotes $90 handling fee for a single engine turboprop plus a $36 infrastructure fee. They don’t publish their GPU (Ground Power Unit) fee and that’s the only added service I see, but $125/hr is the fee at a comparable FBO. Handling fees are waived with minimum fuel purchases. So, $250 is likely close. Now, if you land this same plane at CLE, the handling fee is $544. Thanks for watching and responding. I sure hope you liked and subscribed! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
